With extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance management, and regulatory filings, he has led assignments such as Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, incorporations, and XBRL conversions. In his current role, he focuses on building strong governance frameworks and ensuring seamless compliance for corporate entities.

Mr. Sohin Dongre is the founder of Donstann Advisory. He has over 5 years of experience in business consultancy. He hails from Pune and is a commerce graduate from Brihan Maharashtra College of Commerce. As a young aspirant of commerce faculty, he was always enthusiastic in building a successful career in commerce field, and accordingly completed his Company Secretarial (CS) course with thorough dedication and commitment. He has worked with KPRC & Associates, Axar Digital Services Private Limited, Sharp & Tannan, Pune as a senior auditor, and has now specializes in Legal Audits, oppression & mismanagement, corporate litigations, intellectual Property laws etc. He undertakes due diligence assignments for acquisitions, secretarial audits of listed companies, drafting and vetting of founders agreement, share purchase agreements, etc.
