Mr. Pranesh Chhajed is the Head – Corporate Gover-nance & Compliance Division. He is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and holds an MBA (Finance) from the University of Pune. With extensive experience in corporate governance, compliance management, and regulatory filings, he has led assignments such as Secretarial Audits, Due Diligence, incorporations, and XBRL conversions. In his current role, he focuses on building strong governance frameworks and ensuring seamless compliance for corporate entities.
